Heartbeat Service

The Heartbeat service is a system monitoring service. A <Heartbeat> message is sent at regular intervals to the client to indicate that the LRSN server is still functioning.

Sent by the server to all clients subscribed to the heartbeat service. Indicates that the LRSN server is still functioning.
