Coaster and Pager Data Format

Data formats are for LRS AM/FM Protocol Coasters and Pagers ONLY (NOT POCSAG)

Coaster Data Format

To transmit to a coaster (or guest pager), use the command format CPG,23,67,4.

In the example above, we paged coaster 23, mode is 43h, at power level 4.

Pager Data Format

To transmit to a pager (manager), use the command format PPG,14,74,4!1.

In the example above, we paged pager 14, mode is 4A, with a max power of 4 and a message to be displayed 1.

Note

Messages must be less than 10 digits. Current AM pagers only display 1 digit.
