Heartbeat Service
The Heartbeat service is a system monitoring service. A <Heartbeat> message is sent at regular intervals to the client to indicate that the LRSN server is still functioning.

<Heartbeat>Sent by the server to all clients subscribed to the heartbeat service. Indicates that the LRSN server is still functioning.
