T7460 and LRSN connection refused

Hi, we had connected a T7460 - 9337 (sw version 7.6.0.0) to the network. We could reach it throught a simple ping.

Following the documentation, the example in the python at https://paging-systems.readme.io/docs/examples

We try to open a connection via socket at the default port is 3700.

The device return us a "connection refused".

What we have to do?
